Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The property may require a deposit of 150.00 GBP.

Please note that at least 50% of the guests in an apartment must be 21 years and over.

Only guests included in the booking are permitted in the apartment.

Access codes are sent on the day of arrival, following payment.

Late check outs are available, for a fee and can be arranged direct via the mobile.

Parking is available in our off site secure facility for a fee of £20 per vehicle per night.

Reception is open 24 hours.

Front entrance and apartment codes are given on arrival and are valid for the length of the stay.

Late check outs will incur an additional fee of £20 per hour after 10:00 on the day of departure.

The fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

The lead booker is required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

All other guests in the apartments are to give their names.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

York Street Studios is strictly non-smoking.

Any guests who are found to be smoking, or if there is any evidence of smoking in the apartments, the security deposit will be retained.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.

The property is in a residential area; please avoid excessive noise.
