Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The property may require a deposit of 150.00 GBP.

Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking.

Please note the entrance to the car park is steep.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Please note that the only pets we welcome are dogs.

Unfortunately, cats and any other pets are not allowed at Posh Pads.

It is the guest's responsibility to check what pets are welcome and we will refuse any other pets upon check-in, with no reimbursement for the stay.

Note that dogs are allowed where notice has been given prior to arrival.

Posh Pads reserve the right to not let dogs stay if we haven't had notice at least 24 hours before check-in time (15:00).

Additional charge of £20/night and dog or £100/week and dog if staying 7 nights or more (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

Payment by bank transfer is required before arrival.
