Please note that If additional guests (over and above what is mentioned in the booking) check-in, then the fee for each additional guest is £100/night/additional guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the front patio areas.
Guests are expected to comply with this rule, and any evidence of smoking in the property, such as cigarette butts found in the front area, or anywhere in the property, will incur a fee of £199.
This fee is intended to encourage guests to refrain from smoking on the property and to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
If guests find any linen, including towels and bed linens, to be dirty or stained, they should report it immediately to the host with a clear image of the issue.
If any linen is found to be stained or coloured after check-out, the guest will be charged a linen replacement fee of £25 per single piece of linen.
This fee is intended to encourage guests to use the linen more responsibly and to help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of the linen for all guests.
For stays longer than 14 days, Mid-Stay Cleaning – Additional Charges apply: to help keep the property comfortable and clean, a discounted mid-stay cleaning fee of £105 will be charged every 14 days from the check-in date.
Alternatively, guests may choose a weekly mid-stay cleaning service at a discounted rate of £90 per week.
Please note that these charges are in addition to the accommodation total and the standard end-of-stay cleaning fee.
Preventative pest control: For your comfort and safety, we schedule professional, preventative pest control every two months.
Visits are quick and discreet; if a service date overlaps your stay, we’ll give advance notice and can reschedule if needed.
This is routine maintenance to help keep the home clean and pest-free.
